Who we are.

Radecal Signs, based in Washington, Tyne and Wear, was established as a family business in 2002. Working in partnership with several councils and local hospitals the company started providing signage solutions for care homes under the banner of Dementia Signs 4U.

With a good understanding of the needs of dementia sufferers Dementia Signs 4U has quickly grown to supply care homes all over the UK. Our high visibility dementia signage has proved very popular. In more recent years, with advances in available print materials, Dementia Signs 4U expanded their portfolio and introduced wall wraps into the care community. 

As you will see from the work we have produced already, it has been our goal throughout the development of Dementia Signs 4U to improve the quality of life for people with dementia. We are sure that we can do the same for your residents.
